Establish an enterprise level product group and recommend the functions to be performed by this group and those that should remain in the business lines
Perform an enterprise wide product assessment and provide a recommended product continuum, including: current state and competitive assessments, identify key gaps and new product recommendations, recommendations to rationalize product overlaps; relationship and product pricing by channel
Assess existing customer profiling approaches, questionnaires and the process for recommending client solutions, and provide a new profiling and “play book” process for more consistent, enhanced profiling and recommended solutions
Perform a comprehensive analysis of customer retirement income needs and provide a strategic approach, along with specific planning and product allocation solutions to increase the client’s effectiveness in capturing the retirement income opportunity

A graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Steve is a frequent speaker at industry events and a regular media spokesperson on a wide range of retirement and investing topics. He is also the author of several timely and thought-provoking articles, including: The Longevity Opportunity, Setting the Level of the Income Floor and Redefining the Retirement Income Problem.
